Requirements

Minimum 3 years of construction site supervision; experience on multi-family projects preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of paint and drywall trades.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience.
Proficient in Procore and Bolt and Bluebeam.
OSHA-certified with a proactive, safety-first mindset.
Valid driver’s license and insurable under company policy.
Willingness to travel across the Carolinas as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee all field operations from mobilization through close-out, ensuring progress aligns with schedule, budget, and quality goals.
Conduct daily site walks to verify production, safety compliance, and quality control.
Manage site logistics, labor, equipment, and subcontractors for optimal workflow.
Coordinate with the Field Operations Manager to forecast needs, monitor costs, and track milestones.
Enforce Stancil’s safety program and OSHA standards, conducting daily and weekly safety meetings.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free site that reflects company professionalism.
Proactively identify and resolve potential safety or quality issues, escalating concerns with recommended solutions to the Field Operations Manager and Market Manager.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds Stancil’s craftsmanship standards and project specifications.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for builders, clients, and field representatives.
Lead weekly coordination meetings to address trade sequencing, scheduling conflicts, and scope alignment.
Document daily reports, safety toolbox talks, and site photos.
Oversee project close-out activities including inspections, punch lists, and trade partner sign-offs.
Foster strong collaboration among office staff, field teams, and subcontractors.
Other related duties as assigned.
