Requirements

  • 3+ years of construction site supervision (large-project experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of paint and drywall trades.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience.
  • Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam.
  • OSHA certification and a safety-first mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.

Nice To Haves

  • Multi-family experience highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Carolinas a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own each jobsite from mobilization through close-out, maintaining schedule, budget, and quality alignment.
  • Conduct daily site walks to verify production accuracy and subcontractor scope of compliance.
  • Lead weekly trade coordination meetings to drive accountability and resolve conflicts proactively.
  • Oversee field operations, including labor, subcontractors, equipment, and logistics.
  • Enforce company standards for safety, cleanliness, and workmanship.
  • Elevate critical schedule, safety, or quality issues to the Director of Operations and Project Manager, offering recommended solutions.
  • Serve as the site-level point of contact for builders or client representatives, providing professional communication and timely updates.
  • Oversee close-out tasks such as inspections, punch lists, and trade sign-offs.
  • Complete daily reports, site photos, and safety toolbox talks.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain schedule and budget visibility.
  • Participate in field reporting and photographic documentation.
  • Learn and apply technology tools including Procore and Bluebeam.
  • Support senior Superintendents and field leadership.
  • Assist with troubleshooting field challenges in real time.
  • Help coordinate field labor, subcontractors, and equipment resources.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
