As a Service Assistant at Superica, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests. Your friendly and naturally curious personality will help you support the restaurant team while ensuring that guests receive expertly served beverages and meals. You will be expected to anticipate guests' needs, picking up on cues from their facial expressions and demeanor to provide exceptional service consistently. Following a detailed checklist and performing assigned steps of service is essential, especially when working under pressure. While one year of relevant restaurant experience is preferred, we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow with us.
