TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Super Tech/Sr. Field Engineer to join our team! The Super Tech / Senior Field Engineer is the highest hands-on authority in the field—deployed when standard procedures and lower-tier technicians can’t solve the problem. You’ll lead complex site builds, turn-ups, and emergency restorations; perform deep-dive RF/IP/power diagnostics; and mentor regional teams on advanced methods and safety. Acting as the customer-facing technical SME, you translate gnarly field issues into root-cause fixes that stick—and ensure every job closes to spec, on schedule, every time.   • Install, integrate, and commission Samsung equipment to Samsung standards.
  • Install, Commission and integrate Juniper ACX series routers to manufacturers and Samsung specifications.
  • Support On-Site Field Work, technical work, installations, testing, and troubleshooting of backhaul, transmission methodology.
  • Work with RF engineers and remote testers to ensure site readiness and KPI compliance.
  • Execute RMA process including field trouble-shooting, replacement and administrative completion.
  • Conduct or assist in all field engineering activities in support of field trials (FIT/FOA/FFA).
  • Execute RF field test plans for technology features and performance.
  • Accountable for driving field integration testing efforts (FFA/FIT/FFA) of all 4G/5G key features with customers.
  • Manage field engineering walk/drive testing.
  • Perform ad-hoc field testing as needed.
  • Report to Regional Field Ops Manager with daily status of activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations, compile and analyze data and engineering information.
  • Scheduling and assignment of daily tasks and site work to Field Technicians.
  • Customer Liaison for Network Operations including Samsung integration into customer processes.
  • Create/follow/update tickets via Ticketing tools for work assignments.
  • Review internal documentation for accuracy and provide updates/corrections as appropriate.
  • Communicate clearly with project managers, site leads, and customer contacts.
  • Represent Market or Region Field Ops Team in periodic status meetings.
  • Support subcontractors in growth of knowledge base for project fulfillment through field training efforts.
  • Provide direction to field engineers (internal and external) to meet overall project objectives.
  • Interface with customer and other Samsung teams via conference calls and/or in-person field activities.
  • Interface with software/hardware design groups and provide assistance for their activities.
  • Perform limited project management to ensure all RF Engineering deliverables are met.
  • Create or assist with the creation of CIQ.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering with more than 10 years of directly related experience in telecom field installation, integration, or maintenance required, or 15 years of directly related experience with lesser degree.
  • Must have practical, hands-on ability to use and navigate Linux in daily working environment for everyday tasks.
  • Field or Network Engineering Experience in Wireless Network Design & Implementation including LTE- 4G/5G, IP, Router/Switching, Commissioning, Base Station Installation & Commissioning, RF Design and Performance.
  • Must be able to support presentation of technical information in various business settings to audiences of varying backgrounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to communicate key technical concepts.
  • Successful track record defining direction and providing specific instruction for engineering projects/programs.
  • Must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, integrity and work extremely well independently and in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a valid US driver’s license.
  • Must be able to travel on short notice during the project more than 75% of the time.
  • Experience with GIS and mapping tools is a plus.
  • Samsung LTE/5G experience is a plus.
  • CBRS CPI Certification is a plus.
