About The Position
This position is for a Super Neat Cleaner/Assistant/House Manager for a beachside condo in Santa Monica. The role is part-time and flexible, ideal for someone who enjoys helping others while working in a beautiful environment. The primary responsibilities include organizing and cleaning a 2-bedroom condo, ensuring that every area is tidy, clean, and dust-free. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, ensuring that items are organized to perfection, such as buttoning shirts, cleaning shoes, and maintaining immaculate drawers. Additionally, the role involves caring for plants, managing mail, and handling online shopping returns. The candidate will also be responsible for stocking the fridge with fresh produce from the Farmers Market and using household gadgets like the dishwasher. The position may also require booking appointments, making calls for services like car washes, and collaborating with the office admin when necessary. There is a unique bonus opportunity where the candidate might get to stay in the condo when the owner is away. The role is perfect for someone who is proactive, has problem-solving skills, and is reliable. The candidate should be able to work 2-3+ days a week, primarily in the mornings, totaling around 6-10 hours a week, with flexibility depending on the owner's schedule. If the candidate has additional skills, such as cooking or a creative touch, those would be welcomed as well.
