About The Position
The Supervisor, ADA Unit is responsible for the overall success and supervision of ADA Specialists by driving solution-based thinking in a demanding environment. The Americans with Disabilities Act is a comprehensive civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in various sectors. This role involves comprehensive management of the ADA Accommodation lifecycle, including initial requests, medical certification, essential job functions, and ongoing communication.
