Job Summary This position is responsible for supervising and overseeing day-to-day operations of the Stars Pharmacy Call Center involved in resolution of pharmacy issues (Claims, Coding, Pricing, Etc) and data management/reporting on Pharmacy Operations. Ensure issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner while driving improvements in medication adherence. Work with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues and assist the management team in facilitating efficient and effective outbound call center operations.
