About The Position

Joyce Factory Direct is hiring Sunroom Installers (W2) to support residential sunroom installations for homeowners who have already purchased Joyce products. This is a hands on, field-based role and no prior sunroom installation experience is required. You’ll work alongside experienced installers, receive on the job training, and start with material handling, prep work, and basic installation tasks while learning the trade. We value consistency and reliability over experience, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and wants steady, reliable employment. Compensation This is a W2 employee position with consistent, year-round work. Requirements
