About The Position

The Multi Store Manager at Sunglass Hut is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple stores within the same mall, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves coaching and developing a team of brand ambassadors, creating a positive work environment, and achieving sales goals through effective leadership and accountability.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 2+ years of previous leadership experience.

• Previous leadership in retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering both stores and personal sales goals and all KPIs.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities and gaps to achieve individual, store, and mall goals.
• Inspire team through associate growth plans and consistent follow-up to promote accountability.
• Create an environment of shared wins through coaching, mentoring, and inspiring the team.
• Network, recruit, and hire to meet staffing needs in a timely manner.
• Train staff using onboarding tools and ensure completion is reflected on saturation reports.
• Create a fun, inspiring, and inclusive work environment that reflects the brand culture.
• Spend the majority of time on the sales floor engaged with customers and coaching associates.
• Continually coach and develop the team to ensure execution of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Build and protect the integrity of the Sunglass Hut Brand and the brands represented.
• Ensure adherence to Brand standards, operations policies, visual standards, and inventory control.
• Manage all aspects of Associate scheduling based on business needs.
