About The Position

Friendly to guest and assisting food servers as needed with beverages.

Requirements

• At least (6) months of previous bus person experience preferred.
• Identification that establishes identity
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
• Health Card

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning and setting tables with silverware set up.
• Responsible for removing dishes, glassware and silverware from tables.
• Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
• Continuously taking dishes back to the dish room, clean and stock soiled dishes, glassware, silverware and napkins.
• Properly fill ice machine, sanitation buckets, cleaning of side stations, sweeping and mopping.
• Must work well with others, be able to stand, bend, lift and walk the duration of the shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Be Amazing Service Standards.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
• Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
• Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Other duties as assigned.
