About The Position

Because protecting your skin’s health is what we’re all about. Every. Single. Day.™ Supergoop! is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sun Specialist to join our team. The Sun Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and educating consumers and retail partners on the importance of daily SPF use. The ideal candidate will be a brand ambassador, passionate about sun care, and capable of delivering exceptional customer service and engaging product demonstrations. This is a part-time opportunity, 20 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or retail, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry. Experience at Ulta, Sephora & Nordstrom a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for sun care and a strong understanding of Supergoop! products (or a willingness to learn quickly).
  • Must be available to work 20 hours per week, with availability Thursday through Sunday.
  • Must have reliable transportation and willingness to drive as much as 35 miles.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at Ulta, Sephora & Nordstrom a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Selling: Provide daily selling support and/or execute successful sales events to achieve sales targets.
  • Training: Educate consumers and retail partners on Supergoop! products, ingredients, and the benefits of daily SPF.
  • Retailer Relationships: Build and strengthen our relationships with key retail partners to get their full support and boost our training and education efforts.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Supergoop! with enthusiasm and professionalism, embodying our brand values.
  • Merchandising: Assist with product merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized display area.
  • Reporting: Submit regular reports on sales activities, consumer feedback, and market insights through consistent tracking in Repsly.
