About The Position

Join Casey’s in shaping a better future for our communities, guests, and team
members as a Temporary Summer Transportation Software Monitor! Under direct
supervision, this position will utilize software to monitor the simulated
temperature of trailers while in transit. They will be responsible for reviewing
data, initiating mitigation strategies, and communicating with Grocery Drivers
with concerns.

Additional responsibilities include:
Monitoring simulated product temperatures of stock orders while in transit.
Monitoring trailer compartment temperatures and reefer effectiveness.
Evaluate alerts and notify supervisor of concerns.
Initiate mitigations strategies with Grocery Drivers, as needed.
Appropriately document temperature excursions, mitigation activity, and
outcomes
Update or modify equipment assignments.
Perform lot checks or virtual trailer inventory as needed.

This temporary position will begin the middle of May and continue through the
middle of August.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to work effectively as a team member by operating cooperatively and cohesively with others.
• Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
