About The Position

Entry-level position in Maintenance Department to assist/perform basic activities. May also be assigned routine maintenance, event set up/tear down, repair, or assembly projects.

Requirements

• No previous work experience required
• Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work with others in a team or unsupervised
• A willingness to follow all safety procedures
• Ability to document, research, & communicate parts needs to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Regular attendance and good work history
• Must be willing and able to perform manual labor and work with hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally
• Ability to climb, kneel, and work overhead
• Ability to move across uneven surfaces

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fountain maintenance
• Use of basic hand tools or power tools (i.e. saws, drill, etc.)
• Notify senior associates when issues or other aspects of job require attention
• Utilize the Maintenance Work Order system and assist in maintaining equipment records
• Assist with general building maintenance.
• Assist with lawn irrigation system maintenance and repairs
• Painting
• Operate lawn mowing and trimming equipment
• Observe all required safety procedures
• Willing to learn new skills
• Other duties as assigned
