Check out our video to learn more about Club: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bmafJZezhMk Dates: May 18th – August 1st PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Summer Substitute Youth Development Professional provides support to multiple Clubs on an on-call basis, filling in as needed in any program area. This position allows staff to maintain flexibility while supporting our priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship. Substitute staff will work with youth (ages 6–18) in small or large groups, helping implement activities, supervise members, and maintain a safe and positive environment. Hours are flexible and staff can choose which shifts to accept. While we cannot guarantee hours, most substitutes work 20–30 hours per week during the summer if willing to pick up shifts at multiple Club locations.
