People • Customers • Trust Summer Students 2026 – Counce Mill Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) a leading manufacturer of kraft linerboard is seeking several Summer Students - General Labor positions located at its Counce, Tennessee mill.
Requirements
- 18-23 years of age
- be a dependent of a current PCA employee
- must have completed one year of college and must be enrolled full-time for the Fall 2026 semester
- must upload your college transcript and resume when you apply
- must have a minimum of a 2.3 GPA and be able to provide proof
- must be able to start work no later than May 18, 2026
Responsibilities
- Will perform a variety of tasks as needed which may include copying, filing, computer entry, general maintenance of property (clean-up, painting, lawn care) or perform other general helper duties in various areas of the mill.
