Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must be a current college student.
Must provide verification of full-time undergraduate status for the 2024-2025 school year.
Must have completed at least one year of college credits.
Must have plans to return to college in fall 2025 and supply transcripts for the 2024-2025 semesters.
Must provide a tentative schedule for fall 2025.
If openings remain after all eligible college students have been considered, high school graduates accepted to college will be considered, provided they supply a signed affidavit confirming their college acceptance.
Eligibility: Children of active, retired, or deceased Alcoan’s. If openings remain, children of Local USW 104 members will be considered. If further openings remain, children of Alcoa Power Plant and IBEW employees will be considered.
