Start your Voyage – Getting to Know the Opportunity: The summer intern for the Voya IM Offshore Distribution Team is responsible for supporting the management and growth of the offshore sales business. You will have the opportunity to learn about our business as you prepare for a possible future career in financial services. This opportunity for Voya Investment Management is based in New York, NY, and you will be joining a unique team of 5 sales people focused on building the brand and presence of Voya IM in the offshore investment community. The Contributions You'll Make: We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn how UCITS, Mutual Fund, Separately Managed Accounts, and other investment solutions that are distributed through Financial Advisor Intermediaries. The ideal candidate will also be willing to work hard to understand the data that helps drive where we invest our selling efforts. The summer intern will be given the opportunity to help our sales team work more efficiently, and due to the dynamic nature of selling in this day and age, can expect job duties to change from day-to-day or week-to-week. Accordingly, we are seeking a candidate with a flexible attitude and a proactive mindset who is looking to benefit from the career development and mentorship that this internship and our sales force can offer. The intern will have the opportunity to acquire their Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) during their internship.
