The Summer Student Office Coordinator (SOC) position is designed for students to gain valuable real-world experience in a leadership environment. The primary role involves scheduling and supervising all Summer Student Office Staff (SOS) within their program team. This position requires a commitment to work 5-10 hours per week during the academic year and 30-40 hours per week during the summer. Candidates must be reliable, organized, responsible, and flexible, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The SOC will also be required to live in the assigned hall for the duration of the program season and participate in an on-call rotation, which may include weekends, nights, and holidays.
