Requirements

• Completed at least one year of college coursework in Education, STEM, or a related field.
• A strong interest in youth engagement, STEM learning, or community outreach.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid Oklahoma driver's license and the ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• The ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds and work evenings for events.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate interactive outreach activities centered on drone technology for youth and the general public.
• Partner with summer camps and community groups to schedule engaging events.
• Conduct outreach in a safe, professional, and enthusiastic manner at events throughout Tulsa.
• Track participation and demographics, and maintain accurate records using a CRM system.
• Share updates and insights through regular reports to program leadership and regional partners.
