About The Position

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same way! We are especially excited to connect with teachers who are on break for the summer and are looking for meaningful, rewarding work. Educators often share our commitment to nurturing young children, fostering positive behavior, and creating a fun, structured environment—values that are at the heart of the Soccer Shots program. We train the best coaches in the business We put every Soccer Shots coach through our comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes learning the use of developmentally appropriate coaching techniques. Our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training. Our coach selection process evaluates not only the ability to coach soccer, but, more importantly, the ability to engage and inspire children. We use expert-approved curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards Our developmentally appropriate curriculum places an emphasis on character development and skill building. Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players, and experienced and licensed soccer coaches. Requirements

Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8)
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or State ID
High School Diploma
Eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check

Responsibilities

Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field
Implement our curriculum, which focuses on skill and character development
Arrive on time (early) to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
