About The Position
Primary Objective: To use leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills to promote the educational development of each student To provide leadership that will motivate instructional and support staff to strive for superior performance To model and facilitate good human relations skills by effectively interacting with others To support policies, regulations, and directives of the School Board and Superintendent
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in administration required
- Requires Missouri administrator certification
Nice To Haves
- Educational administrative experience preferred.
- Five (5) years of teaching experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day instruction and parent communication
- Coordinate the curriculum
- Make teaching assignments
- Perform other duties as assigned
