For over 20 years, Avid4 Adventure has empowered kids to live active outdoor lifestyles through our unique outdoor programming. The Kitchen Manager will lead the dining service operations at each camp by managing top quality food and workplace safety for up to one hundred and fifty people. The Kitchen Manager will work with the Assistant Director of Operations to ensure that all aspects of our food service is top-notch and dynamic to the feedback from the season. Shift Leads are responsible for overseeing their shift operations including ensuring food safety compliance, timely preparation, great customer service, and mentorship of Kitchen Assistants. Candidates will be considered for multiple Kitchen positions including our Kitchen Manager and our Kitchen Shift Lead roles depending on experience and skills. We will discuss all roles and responsibilities as part of the interview process. Kitchen Staff are an integral part of what of our strong Avid Community! Kitchen staff are encouraged to Live Balanced on their time off whether that be participate in camp activities and sports, enjoy the outdoors on and around our beautiful campgrounds, and find ways to build Community with others on the team including other staff and campers
