The Summer Program Instructor is responsible for helping instructors organize, promote, and implement programs aimed at youth development. This role involves creating an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development Outcomes, promoting program participation, and orienting new members to the program and its rules. The instructor will also monitor programs and activities, ensuring safety and quality, while recognizing club members for their participation and achievements.
