About The Position

Join a vibrant, high-level musical community and help create a transformative experience for young pianists! We are hiring responsible, enthusiastic, and caring staff to support our weeklong residential academy, July 6-July 13, 2026, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Requirements

Must be a current student at Bethel University
Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration with faculty and staff
Be punctual, responsible, and proactive in assisting both students and faculty
Report any student concerns (musical, behavioral, or personal) promptly to faculty or leadership
Help foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive community

Responsibilities

Design and format Camp Schedule (Pre-camp)
Schedule lessons for faculty (Pre-camp)
Schedule students' daily practice time (Pre-camp)
Create camp award and certificate (Pre-camp)
Arrange Audition Schedule
Provide support during masterclasses, auditions, and rehearsals
Help monitor practice rooms and assist with scheduling issues as needed
Create Midweek recital program & final recital programs
Post the daily lesson and practice schedule on the schedule board, as well as the activities of the day
Scan music for master classes
Assist with daily operations, including transitions between activities
Oversee all scheduling
Unlock practice rooms, classrooms, and offices for students
Drive the school van if needed
Assist the director when needed
