About The Position
Foley & Lardner LLP is offering a ten-week Summer Patent Engineer Internship within their Intellectual Property Department. This role is designed for students graduating in December 2025 or May/June 2026, providing an opportunity to work closely with patent agents, attorneys, and inventors to assist in securing patent protection for innovative technologies. The internship is available in multiple office locations including Boston, Chicago, Milwaukee, San Diego, and Washington, D.C.
