Requirements

• High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school or college preferred
• Basic painting experience (professional or personal projects)
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools and painting equipment (rollers, brushes, ladders)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and take direction from Maintenance team members

Responsibilities

• Perform interior painting and paint touch‑ups in warehouse, office, and common areas
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and minor repairs
• Match existing paint colors and finishes for consistent appearance
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including proper storage of tools and materials
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Coordinate work with Maintenance team members to minimize disruption to operations
• Identify and report additional maintenance needs observed during painting projects
• Support general maintenance tasks as assigned (light repairs, cleanup, organization)
