About The Position

High Associates is searching for Grounds Maintenance Associates to join the property services team. The successful candidate(s) will provide a pleasant outdoor environment by maintaining the overall appearance of the landscaping and grounds. Starting Rate: $16.50/hr. and can increase based upon previous experience. This is a summer only position. Hours scheduled per week may vary.

Requirements

• Valid PA driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Previous grounds maintenance/landscaping experience, preferred but not required.
• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Completing all grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Operating and maintaining equipment.
• Expanding identification of plants and weeds.
• Edging, mulching, trimming, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, and leaf clean-up.
• Assisting with snow/ice removal, as required.
• Safely using company vehicles and equipment by adhering to company standards.
• Abiding by all company and safety policies and procedures.
