About The Position
Jovie Nannies + Sitters is hiring reliable, engaging caregivers to support local families throughout the Tri-Cities area. The role involves staying active, being creative, and bringing joy to kids and families. Caregivers can choose their own flexible schedule, including weekend work or weekday shifts, to fit around school or another job. Jovie Nannies + Sitters of Tri-Cities is a locally owned, female-led business dedicated to Building Stronger Families®, passionate about creating meaningful connections between caregivers and families while offering flexibility, growth, and genuine support.
Requirements
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Clean background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A dependable, responsible, and positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of childcare or babysitting experience
Responsibilities
- Engaging children in fun, creative, and age-appropriate activities
- Supporting daily routines (meals/snacks, naps, diapering, playtime)
- Light tidying related to childcare
- Occasional transportation or school pick-ups (as needed)
