About The Position
Jumpstart Your Career with a Hands-On Internship! As a Maintenance Technician Intern, you will engage in hands-on maintenance work, assisting in repairs across various systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Your role will also involve preparing vacant units by helping with cleaning, trash removal, and make-ready tasks. You will be responsible for keeping properties in top shape by maintaining grounds, sweeping, removing trash, and watering plants. Additionally, you will support the team with preventative maintenance and inspections, assisting with upkeep and equipment checks. Special projects may include painting, enhancing curb appeal, and general property improvements. You will also manage the maintenance shop by keeping it organized and stocked, while following safety procedures to ensure a secure environment.
