Summer Lifeguard - Aiken

About The Position
Under the direction of the Aquatics Director or Senior Program Director, the lifeguard provides excellent customer service while maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. The lifeguard creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with the Family Y of Greater Augusta policies and procedures.
Requirements
- American Red Cross or YMCA Lifeguard Certification
- CPRo/BLS, First Aid, AED
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Must complete successful background screening, which includes criminal and drug screening
