About The Position

Looking for a summer job that's fun, active, and builds life skills? Baltimore Country Club is hiring Lifeguards for the 2026 pool season (Memorial Day–Labor Day) It's the perfect job for high school students who want responsibility, teamwork, and great summer memories. You'll work outside, hang out with a great team, and play an important role keeping members and guests safe, all while gaining confidence and leadership skills that look great on resumes and college applications.

Requirements

• Available Memorial Day through Labor Day (required)
• Minimum age: 15
• Red Cross Lifeguard certified (or willing to get certified before starting)
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and teamwork mindset
• Comfortable working outside in summer weather
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Watch over pool activities and keep Members and Guest safe
• Enforce pool rules in a friendly, professional way
• Respond to emergencies and perform first aid and rescues when needed
• Greet members and guests and create a positive pool atmosphere
• Work as part of a supportive, energetic team
