Requirements
- High-energy, positive, and dependable
- Creative and enjoys hands-on activities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with school-age children
- High school diploma required; ECE coursework or degree preferred
- Willingness to complete state-required training
- Ability to participate in indoor/outdoor activities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- CDA preferred
- 1–2 years experience with children (camp, childcare, coaching, etc.) preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with games, activities, and themed camp weeks
- Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment for campers
- Build positive relationships with children and teammates
