Requirements

  • Second year law student pursuing a J.D. at an accredited law school
  • Interest in trusts and estates and fiduciary litigation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal topics
  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents
  • Assist attorneys on various projects and assignments – both billable and non-billable
  • Observe client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as appropriate
  • Maintain organized files and documentation related to assigned projects
  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
