About The Position

Covercraft Industries, LLC is the leading branded manufacturer of Automotive, Marine and Recreational Vehicle protection products, as well as a market leader in outdoor protection products for Home and Garden since 1965. We’re rapidly expanding and want to add energetic, goal-oriented new team members who will join in our growth in these exciting industries. We are currently hiring for temporary positions at our Landrum, SC locations for Shipping, Cutting, Prep, Packaging and Metal Fabrication, for our busy summer season! This is a great opportunity for college students, teachers, or anyone needing a summer job! Essential job functions differ for each position but may include: Boxing product, rolling product, pulling stock. Prepare hardware packs, support poles, and other accessories for shipment. Spreading & folding product. Use various machines for drilling, cutting, bending, grinding.

Requirements

Knowledge in the proper use of power equipment and basic hand tools.
Must be able to understand simple written English instructions.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have 20/20 vision or correction to 20/20.
Must be able to stand entire shift.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Must be able to work in moderate noise levels.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have manual dexterity.
Must have full range of motion, including but not limited to, standing, bending, walking, twisting, grasping and reaching as necessary to complete the job assigned.
