About The Position

Assist The Hardware Allocation Specialist During the Summer Assist the Hardware Allocation Specialist in the following: -Imaging Computers -Delivering Computer equipment across campus -Setting Up Computer Labs with New Computer Equipment -receiving new computer equipment -misc hardware and software requests -assisting the ITS department with other miscellaneous duties

Requirements

• Experience with Macintosh/Windows applications preferred, but will train
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
• Ability to troubleshoot computer issues and strong problem-solving skills
• Work well under pressure
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities in a pleasant and helpful manner, oftentimes under deadlines
• Work well collaboratively and alone
• Willingness to learn
