About The Position

Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners (“AJCP”) is seeking a Summer Investment Management Analyst who is passionate about pursuing a career in private equity real estate and excited to support AJCP’s rapid growth across various investment platforms focused on the hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, and single-family rental sectors. Requirements

• AJCP is seeking a highly-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, but disciplined, entrepreneurial environment. This role also requires the following capabilities:
• Ability to organize and synthesize disparate information in multiple formats (including Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to monitor and manage competing deadlines
• Ability to collaborate amongst multiple teams throughout the organization
• Ability to communicate information requests effectively
• Ability to synthesize research and data analysis and communicate conclusions effectively
• Highly-motivated, organized, disciplined and self-directed individual who is eager to learn, deals well with ambiguity at times, and can multi-task efficiently
• Working towards a bachelors' degree in finance, economics, or real estate with an anticipated graduate date of Winter 2026 to Spring 2027
• Ability to navigate various computer applications, including MS Office (emphasis on Excel) and aptitude to quickly learn other applications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Investments, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Finance teams on special projects, including the evaluation of new investments and property financings and the monitoring of on-going asset-level and fund-level performance
• Interact with the development teams and various functions to understand budgeting and contracting
• Analyze the financial impact of proposed capital events to fund performance (e.g., CapEx projects, asset dispositions, alterations to development plans, financing activity, etc.)
• Conduct competitive market research to support emerging platforms and create and maintain market research-oriented dashboards and databases
• Support the creation of materials and presentations for executive review, including presentations used for investment committee approvals and quarterly and annual investor reporting of AJCP's active investment vehicles
