The products we develop must make people feel confident about themselves and their choice of Mary Kay. Our research teams travel internationally, finding new ideas and presenting Mary Kay science on a worldwide stage. Our innovative teams include roles in product safety, product formulation, skin and clinical research, nutritionals, regulatory affairs, quality and other disciplines. Available opportunities within Research & Development at Mary Kay this summer: Process Development & Commercialization Intern - The Process Development & Commercialization intern will be involved with product scale-up,mercialization of new formulas, and cross-functional collaboration across R D and Supply Chain. Regulatory Affairs Intern - The Regulatory Affairs Intern will support global projects focused on data science, product information management, and business efficiency initiatives related to product labeling. The Mary Kay 2026 Summer Intern Program is a 10-week internship from late May to early August.

Requirements

Strong engineering discipline

Desire for hands-on experience in a manufacturing/operations environment

Passion for the beauty industry and cosmetic products

Ability to quickly learn business software systems

Must still be pursuing undergraduate or master's degree
To be eligible you must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (undergraduate) or part time (graduate) as defined by your university at the time of application.
Minimum Sophomore status. Rising juniors or seniors preferred.
