We’re excited to announce the launch of our Summer Internship program! This 11-week paid internship is designed for college/university students entering their senior year who want to dive into a thriving 3PL business. As a Summer Intern, you’ll gain valuable skills to advance your career, with the aim of receiving a full-time offer upon graduation. The Summer Internship at RPM will run from May to August 2026. Interns will work in our Birmingham, Michigan HQ from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Please note that this is an in-person position, and we are only considering applicants who will be residing in the Metro-Detroit area during the internship.
Requirements
- College/university students entering their senior year
- Residing in the Metro-Detroit area during the internship
