About The Position

IP House is seeking undergraduate students for our summer internship program. This internship offers exposure to several areas of expertise across the company, including but not limited to investigations, data intelligence, online monitoring, anti‑fraud, supply‑chain risk, law enforcement support, product development, marketing & communications, and more. The ideal intern candidate will be highly organized, proactive, eager to learn, and able to coordinate priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Working closely with experienced professionals across departments, the intern will assist in managing tasks, gathering information, supporting projects, and contributing to the quality and timeliness of deliverables. This role is designed to provide real‑world experience, professional development, and a pathway into careers related to IP protection, technology‑enabled investigations, and client services.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a university program (pre-law, business, international relations, technology, criminology, communications, or a related field preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (such as Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus.
  • Interest in intellectual property, investigations, data analysis, technology, or related fields.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Integrity, discretion, and responsibility when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; comfort learning new platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting client-facing projects and communications.
  • Assisting in the coordination of project workflows across multiple teams.
  • Helping track deliverables and document project progress.
  • Conducting quality checks on client-facing reports, summaries, presentations, or evidence packages as directed.
  • Assisting in the preparation and organization of materials for team meetings and client engagements.
  • Supporting initial research, data gathering, or document review for projects.
  • Helping maintain databases and case/project management systems with accurate, timely information.
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Assisting with the development of public-facing marketing and communications materials.
