About The Position

This 10-week paid internship is designed to give you meaningful, hands-on experience—not busy work. You’ll apply your academic knowledge to real projects, learn how your assigned department operates, and see how your work directly supports company success. Along the way, you’ll build technical skills, professional confidence, and industry insight.

Requirements

• Successful completion of Inductotherm’s interview process and required assessments
• Availability for the full 10-week program
• Willingness to work 100% on-site (this is not a remote or hybrid role)

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled hours and participate fully in your assigned department
• Manufacturing Positions: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM; Saturdays as needed
• Office Positions: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and company events
• Follow company attendance and workplace policies
