About The Position
Atlantic Electric is seeking motivated students for paid Summer Internships (May 15 – August 1). Open to rising juniors and seniors pursuing degrees in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance. This hands-on program provides real-world experience, mentorship from industry professionals, and exposure to active projects in both office and field environments. Electrical Engineering Intern Gain experience supporting heavy commercial and industrial electrical projects. Marketing Intern Support brand growth and company visibility within the construction industry. Accounting Intern Gain exposure to construction accounting and project-based financial operations.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to commute to North Charleston, SC 29418
- Open to rising juniors and seniors pursuing degrees in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance
Responsibilities
- Assist with project surveys and field assessments
- Support drawing review and documentation
- Work alongside project managers and field crews
- Assist with project coordination and quality control
- Assist with social media and content development
- Support marketing materials and outreach initiatives
- Assist with company events and recruiting efforts
- Track engagement and campaign performance
- Assist with job costing and financial tracking
- Support accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with financial reporting
- Work closely with accounting and operations teams
