This role is integral to the smooth and profitable execution of work performed by Dragonfly Pond Works and to creating future leaders for the company. Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor of Science program in natural sciences or compatible environmental studies program and entering Junior or Senior year, preferred.
• Proven interest in working outdoors with a passion for creating and maintaining healthy aquatic systems.
• Desire a full-time five-day work week.
• Ability to swim.
• Ability to regularly lift 75 pounds.
• Adapt and/or able to improvise quickly, as demanded by conditions or unknown factors
• Team-oriented and aligned with Dragonfly's values: Quality Focus, Takes Ownership, and Growth Oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant work experience is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Crew Lead.
• Shadow departments and learn about the operations of the company.
• Identify and treat invasive weeds.
• Visual inspection of pond components.
• Mow, weed-eat, and clean sites.
• Operate various equipment such as Ventrac, Wright Mower, Grandstand Mower, Hedge Trimmer, Chainsaw and String Trimmer.
