A Summer Internship opportunity for a student to contribute to Sanford Health operations and processes while obtaining first hand experiences that align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Work collaboratively with organization leadership, enhancing knowledge and skills and improving the delivery of quality healthcare. Assist in the completion of projects and administrative duties while developing skills related to the assigned function and/or location. Project/Job Summary: An intern on the Sanford fit team would spend the entirety of their summer internship developing multi-media projects and creating digital content for @sanfordfitkids. They must have some experience in design, content creation, or digital media. They must be able to film high-quality videos in-office and on location for social media use. Interns work alongside team of professionals, including graphic designers, social media strategists, content development specialists, and communications. Must be able to assist with local community events (some evening/weekend) in North Dakota and South Dakota. Must be comfortable interacting with children and families at events. Daily tasks would include but are not limited to: · Developing pre-production video plans · Filming video content · Video editing · Website development · Contributing to team meetings · Video material sourcing and procurement · Assisting design team with resource development
Requirements
- Current enrollment or recent graduate of an Associate or Bachelor's degree program from an accredited college or university.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- This position requires a valid drivers license.
