About The Position

The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business, alongside practical career and professional development. Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. The Trade Operations and Market Supervision Intern will support initiatives to enhance price controls in response to market dynamics, while gaining experience in customer engagement and operational efficiency efforts.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university, be at least advancing to their junior year of study, and pursuing a degree in Finance or Economics field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Interest in financial markets and market dynamics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review and update procedures while analyzing market data to support operational improvements
• Contribute to process optimization efforts that enhance administrative efficiency
• Refine and maintain internal knowledge resources for clarity and relevance
• Provide real-time support through live customer chat interactions
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned
