About The Position

The Real Estate Data Intern will analyze property data to support data pipeline modernization efforts.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university, and be at least advancing to their junior year of study
• Experience with Python and data science concepts
• Familiarity with SQL for querying and analyzing data
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn)

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on residential real estate data to find unrealized patterns
• Create charts, graphs, and dashboards to visualize insights
• Highlight trends and patterns to support decision-making
• Come up with derived data sets using AI
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned
