About The Position

The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business, alongside practical career and professional development. Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. The Developer, Identity Access Management Intern will support application development & support initiatives focused on building secure, scalable solutions across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university, and be at least advancing to junior year of study
• Exposure to programming languages like Java or C# through coursework or projects
• Interest in security, identity systems, or enterprise tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a willingness to learn IAM tools and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and testing tasks related to identity and access management (IAM) systems
• Support user access, role management, and system integration activities
• Help troubleshoot issues and contribute to documentation and team collaboration
• Participate in code reviews and peer learning
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned
