About The Position

The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business, alongside practical career and professional development. You'll build meaningful connections, strengthen your interpersonal skills, and contribute in ways that truly make a difference. Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. The Client Support Analyst Intern will support process mapping and documentation, analyze operational metrics, develop dashboards, recommend process improvements, and conduct voice of the customer analysis.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university, be at least advancing to their junior year of study, and pursuing a degree in Finance, Mortgage Industry, Business, Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly document processes and insights
  • Demonstrated interest in client experience, operations, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Support process improvement, data analysis, and client experience optimization
  • Collaborate closely with operations leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analyze workflows to identify efficiencies and areas for enhancement
  • Support strategic projects that enhance client service and streamline operations to improve satisfaction
  • Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned
