Working directly within the Operations Department, the Operations Process Improvement Coordinator Intern will learn the distribution center operations, coordinate process improvements and optimizations, and coordinate the Kaizen 5S Program. This position is required to work on-site all working days during their internship experience.

Requirements

• Must currently be pursuing undergraduate degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field at an accredited institution with a graduation date of December 2025 or later
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft 365 Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail
• Experience collaborating with others and demonstrating effective interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for results
• Must demonstrate strong ethics, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and engage in continuous learning
• Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
