About The Position
The Summer Internship at the Massachusetts Probation Training Academy is designed for undergraduate and graduate students interested in gaining practical experience in the field of probation services. Under the supervision of the Office of the Commissioner of Probation, interns will be assigned to the Training Division, where they will work on various assignments related to the administration and development of the Massachusetts Probation Services. The internship will last for 10 weeks and will include site visits across different departments within the Massachusetts Probation Service, providing interns with a comprehensive understanding of the operations and initiatives aimed at increasing community safety and reducing recidivism.
