Your Role: Member Solutions Center Operations Intern The Member Solutions Center Operations Intern will support in understanding the current call center workflow and member experience. Analyze call data and member feedback to identify common issues and bottlenecks. Benchmark best practices from peer credit unions and financial institutions. Develop a list of practical recommendations to improve the efficiency, tone, and member satisfaction in call interactions. Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team and during their CapStone presentation. The intended take aways are as follows: Professional communication, Data analysis, and reporting Research and benchmarking Member experience strategy, and Presentation skills.
